UZAKTAN ÇALIŞMA SÖZLEŞMESİ

Haftalık çalışma süresi 45 saati aşamaz. Fazla çalışma, işverenin talebi ve çalışanın onayıyla yapılır.
4. Ücret
Aylık brüt ücret Salaire brut mensuel (TRY) TL'dir ve her ayın Jour de paie gününe kadar banka hesabına ödenir.
5. Ekipman ve giderler
İşverence sağlanan ekipman: Liste du matériel (type, marque, n° de série)
Giderlerin karşılanması: Prise en charge des frais d'internet, d'électricité et de communication
Çalışan ekipmanı yalnızca iş amacıyla ve özenle kullanır; arıza ve kayıpları derhâl bildirir; iş ilişkisi sona erdiğinde iade eder.
6. İletişim
Taraflar arasındaki iletişim Moyen de communication üzerinden yürütülür.
7. Veri ve bilgi güvenliği
Çalışan, işverene ve müşterilere ait bilgi ve kişisel verileri yalnızca iş için kullanır, üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmaz, işverenin belirlediği güvenlik kurallarına (parola, şifreleme, güvenli bağlantı) uyar ve bir veri ihlalini derhâl bildirir.
8. İş sağlığı ve güvenliği
İşveren, uzaktan çalışmaya ilişkin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği önlemleri hakkında çalışanı bilgilendirir ve gerekli eğitimi verir.
9. Eşit işlem ve diğer hükümler
Çalışan, uzaktan çalışması nedeniyle, haklı bir neden bulunmadıkça emsal çalışanlardan farklı işleme tabi tutulmaz. Bu sözleşmede hüküm bulunmayan hâllerde 4857 sayılı İş Kanunu ve Uzaktan Çalışma Yönetmeliği uygulanır.
İşbu sözleşme Date du contrat tarihinde iki nüsha olarak düzenlenmiş ve imzalanmıştır.

REMOTE WORKING CONTRACT
1. Parties

3. Place and duration of work

Working hours: Horaires de travail et disponibilité
Weekly working time may not exceed 45 hours. Overtime is worked at the employer's request and with the employee's consent.
4. Wage
The monthly gross wage is TRY Salaire brut mensuel (TRY) and is paid into a bank account by day Jour de paie of each month.
5. Equipment and expenses
Equipment provided by the employer: Liste du matériel (type, marque, n° de série)
Covering expenses: Prise en charge des frais d'internet, d'électricité et de communication
The employee uses the equipment only for work and with care, reports faults and losses immediately and returns it when the employment relationship ends.
6. Communication
Communication between the parties is conducted via Moyen de communication.
7. Data and information security
The employee uses information and personal data belonging to the employer and its clients only for work, does not share them with third parties, follows the security rules set by the employer (passwords, encryption, secure connection) and reports any data breach immediately.
8. Occupational health and safety
The employer informs the employee about occupational health and safety measures for remote working and provides the necessary training.
9. Equal treatment and other provisions
Because of remote working, the employee shall not be treated differently from comparable employees unless there is a justified reason. In matters not covered by this contract, Labour Law No. 4857 and the Remote Working Regulation apply.
This contract was drawn up and signed in two copies on Date du contrat.
