Son çalışma gününüz Último día de trabajo tarihidir. Kıdem tazminatı, ihbar tazminatı (varsa), kullanılmayan yıllık izin ücreti ve diğer alacaklarınız Fecha de pago tarihinde banka hesabınıza ödenecektir.

Bu feshe karşı, bildirimin tebliğinden itibaren bir ay içinde arabulucuya başvurma hakkınız bulunmaktadır.

When is it used?

When the employer terminates an indefinite-term contract for a valid reason. For employees with job security, notice must be in writing and the reason stated clearly and specifically.
