How it is calculated
Formula: Amount = days × daily earnings (floor TRY 1,101, ceiling TRY 9,909) × 32%; for service abroad × 45%.
Maternity buyback covers up to 2 years after each birth, for at most 3 children, if the birth occurred after the first insurance entry.
